Every month we have the pleasure of getting together with some of the world’s most amazing studio musicians in incredible Nashville studio facilities to record a boatload of song demos for our professional songwriters and publishing company clientele.

Our engineer, I’m proud to say, is 3-time Grammy winner, Zach Allen.
Here’s the deal, they are a team of elite professionals who get the big bucks from major labels to make their signed artists sound like rockstars! Once a month we get together for a day to record the song demos of our pro songwriting and publishing company clientele. But these musicians and engineers are more than just Nashville studio legends, they’re nice, caring people who want to help.
They want to give back.

So, we concocted a plan to record 4 extra songs per month that we would offer up to songwriters like you who need a little break.
We are providing an opportunity to help a struggling songwriter, like you, gain access to an A-List recording session at an affordable rate.
Listen, this is a big deal for us. These demo sessions make for a long day. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fun day, but a long day nonetheless and 4 more songs mean that it’s longer. We all want to get home to our families to relax and reconnect but we know how hard it is to break into the industry, so, we decided to do something about it.
Here’s How It Works.
Submit the “work tape†of your song(s) and lyrics to info@daredevilproduction.com with the subject line “Discount Song Demo Deal†for consideration. We’ll listen to it first and select 4 songs from that month. This opportunity will give you the ability to get professional tracks at a HUGE discount (You’ll pay what the publishing companies pay per song and they get massive volume discounts. You’ll be treated like an insider so, take advantage of it).
How Do We Decide
What Songs Will Get Recorded?
The Daredevil Production team pours through the submissions every month. Yes, we listen to every song. Honestly, the process is completely subjective for us. If you have a story you’d like to submit telling us why you should get the discount demo slot, please feel free. We LOVE the underdogs and we’re human, so a good story can make all the difference in the world to get you this opportunity.

What happens if your song is selected?
You own 100% of the song as this is called a “work for hire†project in the industry (albeit a massively discounted work for hire).
Once the session has been booked, we’ll schedule a time for a pre-production meeting where we’ll listen to your vision and direction on the song(s) and offer up our creative ideas to elevate the project. Together, we’ll craft a custom strategy to transform your work tape into a competitive recording that will be taken seriously by industry professionals.
How Long Does It Take?
You will be given an exact date for the recording session as well as a rough estimate of the time we plan to record it. We’re pretty good about keeping to our schedule, but please give us some leeway on the exact time because some songs end up taking longer than we thought.
If you just order the tracks, you’ll have them within 24 hours of the session.
If you also require a pro singer, then we’ll typically schedule the vocal session within a couple days of the original tracking session.
Please understand this may take a few extra days as the pro singer you’ve chosen will either be in tracking sessions all week or touring. Sometimes it takes a few days to find an open time.
If you order the full demo package, we’ll schedule the mix within a day or so of completing the vocals.
How Do I Get Industry To Hear My Demo?
When you record your song demo with Daredevil Production, we’ll make sure your song is heard by a major or successful indie publishing company.
There are many outlets available for the struggling songwriter to get their music heard. Our favorite by far is Song Placement Pros. The team from SPP are a large part of the team responsible for getting Ashley McBryde signed to Warner Music. They’ve also secured recent cuts for their songwriters on records by artists like Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Gary Chapman, Trisha Yearwood, and more!
The amazing team at SPP are pitching songs every day to industry professionals around Nashville. What we really love is that SPP is actively grooming amateur and mid-level songwriters to become professionals. So, maybe you have a little more of your journey in front of you before you can get a cut, but SPP will help you hone your skills and climb the ladder to get your songs on the now legendary “Hit List”.
It’s super easy to connect with SPP when you decide to work with Daredevil Production. Once your recording is finished, we’ll let the staff at SPP know you’ll be sending some songs in and show you exactly how to submit your music. While we can’t guarantee you’ll get a cut, we can guarantee that you will be heard. You will get a response from them.
But What If I Can’t Get to Nashville?
Most of our discount demo winners find it difficult or cost prohibitive to visit Nashville (Otherwise they’d be here all the time!) which is why this deal is appealing to them. What If I Have My Own Studio?
The less you need, the less you pay. We have three different packages to choose from.Â
We realize that some of you are quite skilled in your home studios and can sing like angels, but you don’t have access to a talent pool like this to record your songs. Awesome, our least expensive “Gold” package will deliver all the pro tracks and overdubs for you to complete your project at home.
Maybe you can mix well, but this song requires a certain vocal you can’t find locally. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Our “Platinum” package allows you to choose from our stable of professional singers and mix it at your studio on your own time.
Maybe you need the whole enchilada with the professional tracks, overdubs, a pro singer, and a radio-ready professional mix. The “Diamond” package allows you to hand in a work tape and get a professional, competitive, radio-ready song demo recording that you can proudly pitch anywhere.
